District Governor Cassy Cheng is an entrepreneur with over 26 years of experience in the ladies’ footwear industry. Her Rotary journey began in 2011 when she organized a Shoe Donation Project for underprivileged children affected by an earthquake in Qinghai through Rotary E-Club of District 3450. As Club President in 2013/14 and 2014/15, she revitalized club operations and increased membership, earning the title of “Outstanding President with Distinction”. In 2014, her passion for continuous learning led her to begin the Executive MBA program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, from which she graduated in 2016.

Cassy is committed to community service, believing that giving back to society is a core reason for joining Rotary. She sees the organization as a powerful platform for meaningful service projects that help those in need. Beyond Rotary, she has 12 years of experience focusing on schools as a PTA Chairlady and council member of the School Management Committee across 4 different schools.
