Dear Rotarians and Rotaractors,

I’m happy to inform you that the Rotary Service Day will be held on Dec 31, 2022 beneath the Charles K. Kao Auditorium(Golden Egg), Hong Kong Science Park.

This year’s theme is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), we encourage Rotary or Rotaract clubs to partner with non-Rotary community members to design booths in fun and innovative styles that not only promotes long-term partnerships but also helps develop the work with DEI in our community.

We thanked all the clubs who have registered with us last year and we still have a few openings for you to join this special and meaningful District event, the cost for each booth would be HK$6,000. Please register through https://bit.ly/3RDt5yU with completed payment before the deadline on Nov 15, 2022. Please kindly inform us once registered, and we will contact you for booth selection, it would be on first come first serve basis.

Please also register with us if you or your partners intend to perform on the stage.
