To mark the world environment day of the 5th of June, this video proudly presented to all Rotarians and the community at large of the achievements and contributions of the District 3450 and its continuing effort to Preserve Planet Earth.

The results are in for the Green Rotary Club Award 2014-15!

 A total of 64 clubs are qualified.

The Clubs who have qualified in 2013/14 were given this logo in the 2014-2015 District Directory

The conditions to qualify were:

1. Adopted the Environmental policy as provided by the District PPE Committee.
2. Appointed a Preserve Planet Earth Director on the individual Club’s Board of Director.
3. Taken at least one environmental friendly action in the Rotary Year 2013/14.
4. Reported to the DGN and Chair of the District PPE Committee on or before 2 May 2014.

This award will continue in the Rotary Year 2014/15 

The conditions to qualify are the same as before but with a change in reporting deadline.

1. Adopted the Environmental policy as provided by the District PPE Committee.
2. Appointed a Preserve Planet Earth Director on the individual Club’s Board of Director.
3. Taken at least one environmental friendly action in the Rotary Year 2014/15.
4. Reported to the DGN and Chair of the District PPE Committee on or before 1 May 2015.
