It is my pleasure to inform you that the Chinese Ministry of Health (MoH) has invited Rotary Clubs in Hong Kong and Macau in our District (D 3450) to cooperate in a humanitarian project through which we will assist in promoting the new organ donation and transplant system in the Mainland.

As reported in the previous two Joint President Meetings, the 53rd District Conference will be held on Saturday 20 April and Sunday 21
April 2013 at the Mission Hills Convention Centre, Dongguan, China (東莞觀瀾湖國際會議中心). For your information, a Pre-Conference golf
tournament, mahjong competition and BBQ dinner will take place at the Mission Hills on Friday 19 April 2013.
Registration will commence in early January 2013 and full details of event programs, transportation, hotel packages, etc will be published
within these two weeks. Meanwhile, I would be most grateful if you could please circulate this message to all your members now so that
they can plan ahead. Many thanks.
